And the trees for 2022 goes to the East of England (for the third year running!)

I’ve just calculated Lagom’s carbon emissions for the calendar year 2022. It has been on my todo list for longer than it should have.

In a post Covid, remote working world we didn’t make that many journeys to conduct our user research or to see clients and colleagues.

And that’s kept our carbon emissions right down to 3.74 tCO2e.

As in previous years we’ve offset our carbon emissions by planting trees in the UK.

But where to plant our trees this year?

In what is now an established annual Lagom tradition: each member of the team gets a ticket in the virtual hat for their region of the country.

We span the wheel and the East of England won it for the third year running – so the trees are going to Charlotte and Emma’s home turf.

Tree planting region for carbon offsetting for 2022 is the East of England

We’ve now arranged / paid for the trees to be planted via carbonfootprint.com so enjoy them East of England!
