This week Emma Davis joined the Lagom team as a new digital user researcher.

Emma’s arrival bolsters the user research ‘division’ up to four full-time user researchers, joining Charlotte, John, and Adam.
That’s quite a lot of talented user research firepower in our ranks and ensures we can continue to do user research to the high research standards we’ve set ourselves.
User research is precious stuff, and we want we need our user researchers to have the space and time to get the most value out of every research activity and participant they engage with.
Doing that on fast paced digital service projects is always a challenge. But with four dedicated user researchers on the team, we’ll preserve the flexibility to keep doing just that.
